Apple Cranberry Chutney

A favourite tart-sweet accompaniment for French-Canadian tourtiere, this chutney also tastes great with roast pork or turkey.

  1. Combine everything together in a small saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer about 10 minutes. Taste to adjust seasoning.
  3. This last for a week in the refrigerator.
  4. TIP: this is excellent with Tourtiere.
