Save Country Grocer receipts and receive 1% in return in the form of Country Grocer Gift Card(s).
Country Grocer’s Save a Tape program is available to local community groups, sports teams and not for profits located on Vancouver Island.
Once accepted to Country Grocer’s Save a Tape Program, members are to collect Country Grocer receipts from friends, parents, neighbours…in your community and submit in requested bundles to specific Country Grocer locations in order to receive 1% in return in the form of a Country Grocer gift card.
Save A Tape Application:
Please fill out the application form below.
- Application process takes approximately 1 week
- Once accepted, you will receive a welcome letter and tracking sheet to the email listed on your registration form
Receipt Submissions:
- Receipts must be submitted in bundles of $1,000 a minimum of 5 bundles are to be submitted at once
- Tracking sheets must be completed for each new submission with the totals of each receipt calculated
- Tracking sheets are to be included each time you submit your 5+ bundles
- Ensure the member organization name and contact information is clearly stated when submitting
- Receipts can be accepted up to one year old
- Receipts can be from any Country Grocer store location
Submission Locations:
Once you have been accepted into the program you will receive a Country Grocer store location to drop off your receipts, this will be detailed in your welcome letter, all stores are included except Salt Spring.
Gift Card Collection:
- Once we have received your package it will take approx 1 week for processing & turnaround for the gift card(s)
- We will contact your member listed on your tracking sheet for gift card pick up
