Smoked Salmon Dill Cream Cheese

Smoked salmon and cream cheese is a classic combo, but in this version we really step up the flavours. Spread on your bagel in the morning and prepare to have your taste buds wake up happy!
- Whip cream cheese with the lemon juice and zest until soft and fluffy with a stand mixer or hand mixer, about 5 minutes.
- Add the shallot, ginger, dill and capers and mix for another couple minutes.
- Now add the chopped salmon as well as the salt, pepper and coriander and mix until the salmon is relatively incorporated.
- Your spread is now ready to spread. Use it as a delicious sandwich filler, or spread on a toasted bagel or perhaps on your favourite crackers. Enjoy!
Of course you do not have to use the organic cream cheese, but make no mistake, it is an amazing product!
