Smoked Salmon Dill Cream Cheese

Smoked salmon and cream cheese is a classic combo, but in this version we really step up the flavours. Spread on your bagel in the morning and prepare to have your taste buds wake up happy!



  1. Whip cream cheese with the lemon juice and zest until soft and fluffy with a stand mixer or hand mixer, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the shallot, ginger, dill and capers and mix for another couple minutes.
  3. Now add the chopped salmon as well as the salt, pepper and coriander and mix until the salmon is relatively incorporated.
  4. Your spread is now ready to spread.  Use it as a delicious sandwich filler, or spread on a toasted bagel or perhaps on your favourite crackers.  Enjoy!


Of course you do not have to use the organic cream cheese, but make no mistake, it is an amazing product!

    In the list of ingredients there is no mention of coriander. In the instructions (step 3) it says to add the coriander.
