Shelley’s Maca Moringa Pudding

This is a tasty, quick and nutrition loaded pudding to offer to yourself and your family. It is thick and rich and because of the Maca and Moringa powder it is loaded with great nutrition, so enjoy!



  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor.  Puree until smooth, but be careful to not over mix.
  2. Transfer the pudding to a serving dish and chill in the fridge for two hours.
  3. Serve cold and if you want to make a bit more of a meal out of it, serve the pudding with a handful of muesli or your favourite wholesome granola and some berries.


Freeze the bananas for an instant version. Because they are frozen they will chill the pudding and thicken it immediately.  This will save you needing to make the recipe ahead of time.
