Maca Coconut Sauce

This sauce is super delicious and so, so easy. Not only that, but since we are incorporating maca powder and using coconut milk it is incredibly nutritious.
- Preheat a small pot or fry pan on medium heat. Once the pan is hot add the coconut oil and then the onions and garlic and sauté, stirring regularly.
- Sauté until lightly browned all over.
- Add the coconut milk, soy sauce, maca powder and pepper. Whisk together until the maca powder is fully dissolved.
- Now serve this sauce over vegetables, meat, eggs.
If you want, add 2 cups of sliced mushrooms to the pan about half way through browning the onions and garlic. Continue sautéing, stirring regularly, until the mushrooms are nicely browned.
