Simple Garlic Butter Spaghetti

This is a staple dish in our house for our little guy. We use it as a side dish and lighten it up with some veggies or a salad as well as a little protein giving a balanced meal to keep the little machine running.
- Start his off by cooking a handful of noodles ‘el dente’ as per the instructions on the package. Strain off the water and then drizzle a little olive oil on them to prevent them from sticking together.
- Now melt the butter in the same pot you cooked your noodles in, add the garlic and salt and give a stir.
- Then add the cooked noodles and stir until evenly coated. Add more butter if necessary.
- Serve on a bed of warm pasta sauce if desired and top with parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
Try out the same method with different pasta noodles if desired.
