Directions
- Add all ingredients including the chicken into a sealable bag and shake. Refrigerate and marinate overnight (up to 12 hours) turning once.
- Remove chicken from bag and pour marinade into a medium pot. Cook on medium-high heat until mixture begins to turn golden brown and thicken (approximately 10 mins). Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Place chicken on a non-stick baking tray and place in oven. Cook for 30-40 minutes (or until cooked completely).
- Drizzle sauce over cooked chicken and serve as a delicious appetizer or pair with your favourite side-dish for a meal.

Variations
- For a ready-to-serve dip try French vanilla or plain yogurt.
- Add crushed chilli’s to taste if you like it spicy.
