Maple Soy Viniagrette

This is a super easy super tasty salad dressing that is good for most any salad. You can even use this to dress up your everyday chicken breast or drizzle on top of a nice steak.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
- Make it ¼ cup of thinly sliced shallots instead of the tablespoon and sauté in a small pan over medium heat with 1 tablespoon canola oil until nicely browned and then add to the rest of the dressing ingredients.
- Add 1 teaspoon minced garlic for another flavour punch.
