Preheat a large fry pan on medium heat. Form the patties if you have not already done so, and then season to your preference. Add the oil to the hot pan and then the patties.
Brown on both sides until the beef is cooked through and then remove from the pan.
Add the peppers, onions and garlic to the pan. Add a touch more oil if necessary and then sauté until the veggies begin to brown. Check the seasoning by tasting one of the veggies and adjust if necessary.
Finish the veggies with the balsamic vinegar in the pan, sauté for a minute longer and then remove from the heat.
Plate up with rice, Salisbury and then the balsamic veggies on top and enjoy this simple creation.
