So you want a hamburger, but don’t want to do the bread. Fire up the BBQ and grill your burger, then use it in a salad with all of the classic burger toppings. It is a healthy way to enjoy a burger.
- For the Dressing:
- Toss your romaine with the ‘burger toppings’ of your choice and some dressing.
- Melt the cheese on the burger and then place on top of the salad warm. Serve and enjoy.
- You can use a bison, beef, lamb, turkey, chicken or veggie burger for this recipe.
- Try drizzling the dressing on after you make the salad for a cleaner presentation.
