Hamburger Salad

So you want a hamburger, but don’t want to do the bread. Fire up the BBQ and grill your burger, then use it in a salad with all of the classic burger toppings. It is a healthy way to enjoy a burger.



  1.  Toss your romaine with the ‘burger toppings’ of your choice and some dressing.
  2.  Melt the cheese on the burger and then place on top of the salad warm. Serve and enjoy.

  •  You can use a bison, beef, lamb, turkey, chicken or veggie burger for this recipe.
  •  Try drizzling the dressing on after you make the salad for a cleaner presentation.
