Fruit Salad with Ginger Yogurt

This is fruit salad with a major flavour boost. The yogurt acts as a dressing and the crystallized ginger adds an amazing taste and texture. See the variations for some ideas to take this even further.

  1.  Combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and gently stir to combine. Serve and enjoy.

Variations

  •  If you do not like the crystallized ginger omit and add a pinch of cinnamon instead.
  •  Turn this snack into a simple meal by adding 1 cup cottage cheese or granola or both.
  •  If you are in a hurry a store bought fruit salad will pass as a substitute.
