Frothy Green Tea Lemonade

This smoothie makes an awesome refreshing whistle wetter and easily beats any bottled drink. Not only are you getting a serving of fruit, but the green tea, if freshly brewed provides a host of antioxidant power.
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
- Try using flavoured green tea for a subtle boost of flavour.
- For an even higher kick of antioxidant power, omit the ice and add ½ cup of frozen berries such as strawberries or blueberries.
