Vitamin Punch Smoothie

We have a concoction that will make your eyebrow hairs stand on end! With kiwi fruit, strawberries and carrot juice this is loaded with anti-oxidants and vitamins.

Directions

  1.  Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If using frozen fruit, allow a little time to defrost or microwave for a minute.
  2.  Serve immediately or store in the fridge for up to 2 days in a container or bottle with a lid.

Variations

  •  If using fresh strawberries add a couple of ice cubes before blending to thicken and chill the beverage.
  •  Use water or milk in place of the carrot juice for a more cost effective option.
