Blueberry Cantaloupe and Hemp Heart Smoothie

This is a delicious, refreshing and nutritious smoothie. It is best enjoyed in the hotter months when cantaloupe is at its best.



1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender.  Puree until smooth and serve cold.  If you are taking it to go, smoothies travel well in an insulated thermos.

  • PREP 10 mins


• Any berries will be a good substitute if you do not have blueberries.  Blackberries, raspberries and strawberries are all good choices.

    I added frozen cauliflower to include a veggie, some unflavored pea protein powder, and cashew milk. I found it did not need any sweetener. Nice purple color! Good refreshing taste. My first smoothie with cantaloupe; I would definitely make again when we have extra cantaloupe. Thanks for this unique recipe!
