Blueberry Cantaloupe and Hemp Heart Smoothie

This is a delicious, refreshing and nutritious smoothie. It is best enjoyed in the hotter months when cantaloupe is at its best.
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
- Puree until smooth and serve cold. If you are taking it to go, smoothies travel well in an insulated thermos.
Any berries will be a good substitute if you do not have blueberries. Blackberries, raspberries and strawberries are all good choices.
