Banana Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

This is the smoothie for you if you are a pumpkin pie lover. Rich in flavour and high in protein this is an awesome snack or a good way to start your morning.



Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and serve.


  • Smoothies are a great place to add a serving of fish oil.
  •  Make this into a yummy dessert and omit the cottage cheese, and ice and add in a ½ cup vanilla frozen yogurt and garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice.
