Store Manager – Full-Time

As Store Manager, you’ll lead the overall operations of the store, ensuring smooth day-to-day performance, strong team member engagement, and exceptional customer experiences.

About the role:

• You’ll oversee and manage all daily store operations

• You’ll lead and support the team through training, coaching, and creating a positive, people-first workplace

• You’ll make thoughtful decisions by reviewing sales and financial reports to boost performance

• You’ll work closely with Department Managers to review sales and profitability, developing practical plans to help the team grow and improve

• You’ll conduct timely team member performance reviews and handle disciplinary actions as needed

• You’ll create great customer experiences by modeling excellent service and resolving any issues with care

• You’ll keep the store safe and welcoming by maintaining a clean, organized space and following safety policies

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7+ years’ progressive management experience in a grocery retail environment is preferred

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
