Strawberry Oat MilkshakeRecipe by Chef Michael Williams Prep time 5 mins Super simple, healthy and delicious! This smoothie is meant to replace an ice cream laden sugar loaded milkshake. The oats when pureed into the milk seem to replicate the creaminess of ice cream and with a touch of honey, it’s great. Give it a try! Ingredients 1 cup frozen strawberries 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons large flake oats 1 tablespoon honey Directions Add all of the ingredients to a high powered blender and puree until very smooth. Serve cold and enjoy! Variations You can use other frozen fruits to make this smoothie. Blueberries, rasperries and blackberries are all great.
