We have an opening for a Floral Manager at our Cobble Hill location. We are looking for someone with excellent leadership skills and a passion for of all things floral. The Floral Manager is responsible for coordinating, supervising and directing departmental operations while keeping high levels of quality and customer satisfaction.

• Passion for all things floral and gardening
• 2 Years retail experience in floral/gardening department
• Excellent flower and plant knowledge – both perennial and annuals
• Knowledge of cost analysis, fiscal management, and budgeting techniques in the grocery industry is an asset
• Excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team
• Conflict resolution, and people management skills
