Cafe Manager – Full-Time

Our Chase River location is seeking a new Full-time Café Manager to play a key roll in the daily operations of our Café. You will be responsible for a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays. You will be prepping various meals ,platters, training new recruits, and assisting customers with a smile. If you are a confident leader with a passion , we want to hear from you!

Some of what you will do:

• You will train ,manage, and motivate a team to ensure efficiency and productivity
• You’ll support in daily scheduling needs, ordering and inventory, and communicating to your team on performance, policies and pertinent issues
• You’ll ensure correct quantities of food are prepared to meet daily needs
• You will ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures
• You’re efficient, organized, and enjoy working through challenges

Requirements:

• Availability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• 1 -2 years of Management or Supervisory role
