Assistant Meat Manager – Full-Time

About you:

• You’re knowledgeable about meats and seafoods
• You have 2 years of meat management experience
• You’re efficient, organized, and enjoy working through challenges
• You’re self-motivated and care about making an impact
• You’re able to safely bend, twist, and lift up to 50lbs
• You’re able to stand for the duration of scheduled shift
• You’re able to maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety procedures

What you’ll be doing:

• Cutting and merchandising meats of all varieties
• Filling and maintaining an attractive full-service showcase display
• Preparing special cuts and custom orders
• Providing friendly helpful service to customers
• Assists Meat Manager with inventory management and ordering needs
• Functions as department point person for all Meat department needs in the absence of the Meat Manager

Schedule Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours

Pay for this job:

Starting Range: $23.00-$24.75

Most new team members start within this range, depending on their experience and skills.

Growth Range: Up to $29.50
