Nut Butter and Jam Smootie # 2

Take the classic combination of peanut butter and jam and turn it into a smoothie. It really makes for a fantastic drink and tastes delicious. Guess what, it’s also a pretty nutritious option.

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until very smooth.
  2. Drink immediately or use for popsicles!  Delicious either way.

Variations

You can make this a little more nutritious by using a ¼ cup of soaked cashews, ½ cup frozen strawberries instead of the jam. You just may want to add a couple tablespoons of maple syrup for sweetness.
