Decide which fruit or fruits you are going to use and then add to a blender along with the yogurt. Add a little honey for sweetness and texture if desired. Sneak in some nut or seed meal (ground) for healthy fats. Use a little cottage cheese to bump up the protein content. Finally add a little kids greens + and they will never know!
Mix on high until everything is very smooth.
Pour the mix into your popsicle forms and then freeze.
